REST IN PEACE ZIGGY

On Wednesday afternoon, one of our iguana's, Ziggy, died. She was the smallest of the Marley's and we always thought that she probably wasn't that healthy but she always tried to keep up with her brothers. Unfortunately, her strength started to give out on Tuesday. She gave us a little hope when Cindy and I came home to see her around 1:00 PM on Wednesday. It seems to us now that she was just trying to thank us for taking care of her and keeping her healthy for so long and maybe giving us one last memory of how strong she was.

We buried Ziggy this afternoon along the canal that runs near our home. Even Bob and Damian have seemed sad the last few days. They always seemed so protective of her and now seem lost without her.
