HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DAD!!!

Phil's dad turns 84 today!!! Sto lat (may you live 100 years), Dad!!! As you can see, he's looking pretty good for a guy who had surgery on Thursday.

DAMIAN AND KERMIT 10/2009 UPDATE

Here are the latest photos of Damian and Kermit. As you can see, Damian has gotten to the point where we need to use a glove to hold him (he can scratch you up pretty good without them). Kermit has learned how to use his tail but at his size it isn't much of an issue handling him.

WELCOME TRIX

Trix joined our family today. He's a swamp rabbit. His family was killed when their nest was run over by a lawnmower. He'll be with us for about 10 weeks or until he's strong enough to be put back in the wild. He's bunking with Tiffany and Mz. Pige.

BRUCE IN GREENSBORO

During our weekend getaway to North Carolina, we attended the Bruce Springsteen concert at the Greensboro Coliseum last night. Aside from seeing Bruce and the band in NY/NJ, this is the greatest audience and show Phil has seen.

CHUCK VISITS

Phil met Cindy's brother, Chuck, tonight. He has been working in Iraq for the last few years. He was in town to visit Cindy's parents.

CINDY'S SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY

We celebrated Cindy's 45th Birthday with a surprise party at Phil's parents' house. She never suspected a thing. Helping us celebrate were Phil's parents, Cindy's parents, Tiffany, Crystal, Cindy's sister Cheri, and her niece Caitlin and nephew Robby.
